"I did kind of a mystery shop at this store. I was approached and greeted instantly at the front door. I looked at helmets and was also assisted. After a few more minutes went bye another gent named Brian asked if I needed help. I replied that I was fine. Brian said "ok, I just wanted to make sure you weren't being ignored". "The Whole group of people at spoakane powersports have treated me very well parts department has been excellent, especially accomadating after my crash they got me up and running for parts. The service department has answered my questions as well as doing several services and tire chages and have always been on time and done right.The sales deptment has always treated me well and answered all my questions about new models and they have a sense of humor.
